Norfolier GreenTec AS produce several kinds of high quality PE regranulate that can be used to replace virgin PE granules in various applications. Our unique recipe combined with over 20 years’ experience on recycling PE film guarantees a stable and high quality product.

GREENSTAR™

GreenStar™ regranulate 6035 is produced using a special blend of LDPE and LLDPE post-consumer recycled plastic. It is well suited for blown film processing and recommended for applications like carrier bags and other flexible packaging applications with film thickness 25-100 microns. The color of the film is off-white. The addition of color additives provide a brightly colored film in applications where a colored film is desired. Film can be extruded using 100% GreenStar™ or by blending GreenStar™ with virgin PE resins or other types of recyclates. GreenStar™’s unique blend of 100% post consumer waste streams ensures a film of consistent quality and strength, with a high tear and puncture resistance and stable melt index.

FLEXSTAR™

FlexStar er produsert fra farget LDPE post-consumer avfall. Produktet er godt egnet for ekstrudering og sprøytestøping. For ekstrudering er det godt egnet for blåst film til produkter som bæreposer og søppelsekker med filmtykkelse > 25 mikrometer. For sprøytestøping anbefales det å blande i dette produktet i applikasjoner som dekkbeskyttelse og paller.

CLEARSTAR™

 

 

ClearStar er produsert fra gjennomsiktig LDPE-folie og er hovedsakelig beregnet for brukt til blåst plastfolie. Produktet er velegnet og anbefalt for plastposer og sekker med tykkelse > 25 mikrometer.
